The third stage: in January 2003, Mr. Ren Ligong was appointed as the general manager of the company. On June 12, 2010, all shareholders unanimously set up a new plant area with self raised funds and registered a new joint venture company, shert Zhongjia (Tianjin) steel and wood structure engineering Co., Ltd. The company is located in the south of damengzhuang Town, Wuqing District, covering an area of 72579.4 square meters, and divided into two production lines of steel structure and wood structure.

The four stage: in 2012, Mr. He Wenqiao was appointed general manager of the company. The company has passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental system certification; in 2013, the company has passed the OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification and obtained the CSA Standard Certificate in accordance with the Canadian welding standards issued by the Canadian welding Bureau. The steel structure removable barracks have been successfully developed. The company is carrying out 7S field management.
